Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Account

• You must be 18+ or have parental consent to use the App
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration (email/phone, name)
• You are responsible for maintaining account security; we are not liable for unauthorized access
• We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations

2. Order Placement and Fulfillment

Browsing and Ordering:

• You may browse menus, customize items, and place orders
• All orders are offers to purchase; we or the restaurant may accept or reject

Delivery:

• Estimated times/distances are approximate
• Drop-off instructions (e.g., meet at door, leave at location) must be accurate; we/restaurants are not liable for delays or issues due to incorrect info

Promotions:

• Discounts apply per terms; abuse may result in account suspension

Prohibited Uses:

• No reselling, commercial use, or orders for illegal purposes

Important: Restaurants are independent; we do not guarantee food quality, allergies, or availability. Check for allergens.

3. Payments and Refunds

Methods:

• Credit/debit cards (via secure gateway)
• In-app wallet
• Cash on delivery
• You authorize charges for orders, fees, and taxes

Fees:

• Delivery fees based on distance
• Taxes as applicable in South Africa

Refunds/Cancellations:

• See Refund and Cancellation Policy (incorporated herein)
• Automatic refunds to wallet for cancellations
• No refunds for consumed orders

Taxes:

• You are responsible for any applicable VAT or duties

We disclaim liability for payment disputes; resolve with your bank or the payment provider.

4. User Content and Reviews

• Reviews/ratings are your opinions; we may moderate/remove abusive content
• You grant us a license to use reviews for promotion

5. Intellectual Property

The App and content (e.g., logos, menus) are our property or licensed. You may not copy or reverse-engineer.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

The App is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties for accuracy, availability, or fitness. Liability is limited to direct damages up to order value. No consequential damages. Restaurants/partners are not our agents; disputes with them are direct.

Force majeure (e.g., strikes, weather) excuses delays.

7. Termination

We may terminate access for violations. Upon termination, outstanding payments are due.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by South African law. Disputes resolved in South African courts or via arbitration under AFSA rules.

9. Changes

We may update Terms; continued use is acceptance. Notice via App.
